Kyle Embry, PhD, is a Team Scientist at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, and Research Assistant Professor in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His research mission is to use classical optimization and machine-learning algorithms to empower wearable devices that improve and protect human mobility, independence, and healthy longevity. At ACRM, he is presenting on markerless pose estimation to track the symptoms of Parkinson's disease using video data.
