Antonina “Nina” Stevens Szpalik, PT, DPT is Physical Therapist and the Brain Injury Team Lead at Atrium Health Outpatient Thearpy in Charlotte, NC. Nina graduated in 2023 from the Atrium Health Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency Program at Carolinas Rehabilitationin Charlotte,NC and 2020 from the College of Health Sciences Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Emory and Henry University in Marion, Virginia. She was a secondary researcher and assisted with data collection and implementation of high intensity gait training for stroke patients in the acute care setting. She is a life long learner who is passionate about providing evidence based practice to provide the highest quality of care in order to improve patients outcomes and quality of life.
