Jonathan Naft is an Electrical and Biomedical Engineer and ABC Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist. He is the President of Geauga Rehabilitation Engineering (GRE), a research, product development, and patient care center in Cleveland, Ohio. Jonathan is also a Research CPO at the Cleveland Louis Stokes VA Medical Center. Mr. Naft’s clinical, design, and research work has included the MyoPro EMG controlled arm brace, the Becker E-Knee stance control KAFO, and recent work with Comb O&P bringing 3D digital body scanning to cell phones. Mr. Naft is a graduate of The Ohio State University College Of Engineering and Northwestern University’s Prosthetic-Orthotic Center. His work has been recognized by the American Academy Of Prosthetists and Orthotists with both the Clinical Creativity Award and the prestigious Tamarack Prize. At GRE O&P, Jonathan divides his time between patient care and R&D.
