Ph.D. Student
University of Utah
I am Siqi Xiang, a second-year PhD student in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Utah. I hold an honors bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. After my graduation, I found my passion in the field of stroke rehabilitation, which prompted me to delve deeper into this area of study. Under the expert mentorship of Dr. Heather Hayes, I am currently engaged in research that examines the long-term impacts of discharge placement on ischemic stroke survivors. Eager to broaden my horizons and share our research insights, I am enthusiastic about the prospect of participating in the ACRM conference. This opportunity would not only allow me to showcase our findings but also to connect with fellow researchers and professionals dedicated to enhancing stroke rehabilitation practices.
