Jennifer Sippel, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist employed with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for 23 years. She previously held VA facility administrative and clinical positions in a Spinal Cord Injuries and Disorders (SCI/D) Center and an Executive office as Clinical Director for Cultural Transformation (Patient Centered Care). In her current role as National Outcomes Director for VHA’s SCI/D National Program Office, Dr. Sippel led the VHA SCI/D Registry (SCIDR) algorithm/phenotype design, testing, and implementation. She now focuses on leveraging VHA SCIDR data to lead research, planning, and policy for the VHA SCI/D System of Care.
