She is a professor and senior sports protection trainer at the Sports Rehabilitation Medical Center of the School of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at Beijing Sport University. Mainly responsible for the practice teaching of rehabilitation assessment, skeletal muscle rehabilitation and other courses.
Professor Ruan obtained the PT certification of the World Confederation of Physical Therapy (WCPT), as well as certifications from the Ministry of Health Primary Rehabilitation Technician and Wheelchair Basketball Classifier in the Asia Oceania Region. In addition, She is also a member of the Chinese Institute of Sports Rehabilitation Education and a member of the Shoulder and Elbow Sports Medical Rehabilitation Branch of the Chinese Medical Education Association.
Specializing in the management of chronic musculoskeletal pain and the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries, She has provided injury risk assessment, rehabilitation and on-team rehabilitation support services to key athletes of many high-level sports teams.
She have published more than 13 papers in SCI and core journals, as well as two international conference papers(“The Proprioception and Postural Stability Characteristics of Perceived Instability Subgroups in Chronic Ankle Instability” was included in The Third World Congress of Sports Physical Therapy)
