Mr. Horne is a Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist and the Founder & President of Independence Prosthetics-Orthotics, Inc. His company has provided internship opportunities to over 75 undergraduate students and hosts one of the largest residency programs for a private independent O&P company. Mr. Horne has collaborated on numerous research projects with the University of Delaware, Widener College, the University of Pennsylvania, and Villanova University. His company services rehabilitation facilities and trauma hospitals throughout Delaware and the Greater Philadelphia area, including local Veterans Affairs facilities.
