Ms. Romano is currently the VP for Nursing Services and CNO for Penn Rehab and the Specialty Hospital at Rittenhouse. She received her BSN from Widener University and her MSN from the University of Pennsylvania. She holds Nurse Executive board certification from ANCC and has been a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2017 and recently passed her Board of Governors exam to earn her FACHE certification. Ms. Romano began her nursing career at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 as a clinical nurse and advanced into various leadership positions before transitioning into her current role at Good Shepherd Penn Partners.
