Jo is project officer at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She conducts research on the psychosocial wellbeing of caregivers and individuals with stroke. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Master of Psychology (Clinical), with a keen interest in working with the geriatric population. She hopes to play a part in improving the quality of life for seniors by contributing her knowledge and skills.
Jo has prior research experience working in various government agencies and facilitated policy development in fields such as behavioural insights and forensic psychology. During her stint with the government agencies, she managed several research projects that were rolled out in Singapore. Her research interests include stroke, ageing, quality of life, and goal-setting theory.
