Alexa is a California native who graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2022. There she received her Bachelors of Science in biological sciences (neurobiology, physiology, and behavior). She obtained an internship doing stroke research in a research experience for undergraduates (REU) program at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently doing more stroke studies at ASU. She plans to attend graduate school in the near future to receive in Ph.D in neuroscience. In her free time, Alexa enjoys working out, hanging out with family and friends, and traveling.
