Christina Ramsey is a Los Angeles native who grew up in Inglewood, California. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. She has shown a commitment to bridging educational barriers in underserved communities through her work with CDU Mobile STEM Labs, CDU Saturday Science Academy, USC Neighborhood Academic Initiative, USC Iridescent, and USC Joint Educational Project. As a medical student at the Charles R. Drew University/UCLA Medical Education Program, Christina is interested in leveraging her teaching background to mentor underrepresented and disadvantaged youth who desire to pursue a career in medicine. She also would like to pursue her interest in Neurology, more specifically stroke rehabilitation.
