Dr. Finkelstein is the Vice-Chair for the Clinical Data Science and Telemedicine Informatics at the Department of Biomedical Informatics, School of Medicine, University of Utah. His primary area of research is application of telehealth technologies in the prevention and management off chronic health conditions. He serves as Principal Investigator on the clinical trial assessing impact of pulmonary telerehabilitation.
