Clinical Social Worker in Infectious Disease Department

Victoria Brown is a clinical social worker in the Infectious Disease Department at Boston Children's Hospital. She has been the social worker for the hospitals Long COVID clinic since August 2022, particularly focused on supporting the psychosocial needs of patients and their families coping with a Long COVID diagnosis. Victoria combines her skills from her social worker degree and public health degree to pursue research around how this novel disease has impacts far beyond physical symptoms. Victoria is a 2nd year social worker with aims to change the face of social worker in healthcare leadership.
