Adjunct Professor
The College of St. Schoalstica
Dr. Baloy is a full-time clinician with adjunct faculty appointments at the College of St. Scholastica and at Graceland University. His areas of interest include pain biology, neurologic interventions, and working with individuals with persistent pain. He is also a graduate of the Missouri State University Defense and Strategic Studies Program. He is an emergency services volunteer of the Civil Air Patrol, the auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
