Dr. Kelley A. Moran is a Professor in the Physical Therapy Department at Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. She received a BS in Athletic Training and Physical Education Studies from the University of Delaware; an MS in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University; a DPT from Temple University; and an EdD in Higher Education Administration from Wilkes University. She previously served as Director of Clinical Education, Director of the Transition Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, and taught Professional Issues including Ethical and Legal principals in the physical therapy, and Anatomy dissection. She currently teaches Movement Science/ Biomechanics; Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Labs; and Medical Conditions in the doctoral program. She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and maintains certifications as an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has served on the PA State Ethics Committee and in the APTA House of Delegates.
