Dr. Joseph Hayes is a New York State licensed physical therapist. Dr. Hayes received his undergraduate degree at The University of Pennsylvania and his physical therapy degree from Touro College in New York. He completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. He was board certified in orthopedics in 2000 by the American Physical Therapy Association and recertified in 2010 and 2020.
Dr. Hayes is an Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at Touro University. He lectures on kinesiology, biomechanics, physical therapy examination techniques and physical therapy orthopedic examination and treatment.
