Dr. Matthew Grubb, PT, DPT, MS, FAAOMPT, ATC, CSCS (he, him, his) is an associate professor of practice for the DPT program at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. His academic preparation includes a BS in exercise science, University of Tennessee Knoxville (2000); MS in human performance and sport studies, University of Tennessee Knoxville (2001); and a DPT in physical therapy, University of Tennessee Chattanooga (2011). Dr. Grubb became a credentialed fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2015 and also holds professional certifications in athletic training, strength & conditioning, dry needling, and spinal manipulative therapy. Dr. Grubb has taught in the UTC physical therapy program since 2017. His clinical practice focuses primarily on orthopedic musculoskeletal dysfunction.
