Craig Sully is a Registered Physical Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist. He has been working in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation since 1996. Craig is co-owner of Kootenay Health Services, an interdisciplinary clinic in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. The clinic provides a variety of rehabilitation services for private patients, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Motor Vehicle Insurance, Long and Short Term Disability, and Employers. He is the Clinical Supervisor of his staff Physiotherapists. He also is a practicing physical therapist in private practice and occupational rehabilitation assessment, treatment, and return to work support. He attained his Fellowship in the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapy in 2000, completed Gunn IMS in 2010, became a certified Hand Therapist in 2013 and has been a Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) clinician since 2007.
