Dr. ZHANG Xiaojin is an Assistant Director at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Singapore. She leads a team of data analysts to translate data into information of value and conduct analytics to support strategic planning, operations management and quality improvement. Dr. Zhang obtained her Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from Nanyang Technological University. Her work has appeared in the International Journal of Production Research, Advanced Engineering Informatics, International Wound Journal, ANZ Journal of Surgery, among others, and in various conference proceedings, such as APAC Forum, Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference, International Conference on Healthcare, Singapore Health and Biomedical Congress, Production and Operations Management World Conference, IEEE International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management and EHMA Annual Conference.
