Dr KONG Pui Wah (Veni) is the Associate Dean for Research Grants Management at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She obtained her PhD in Sports Biomechanics at Loughborough University in the United Kingdom. Her research interests include sports biomechanics, human performance, and musculoskeletal health. She worked closely with sport teams, hospitals, clinics, government agencies and industrial partners to conduct interdisciplinary research that can make positive impact on the society. In 2020, she was the recipient of the Fellow of International Society of Biomechanics in Sports (FISBS). She is currently an Associate Editor for Sports Biomechanics and Journal of Mechanics in Medicine and Biology. She also serves on the editorial board for Research in Sports Medicine, Journal of Exercise Science and Fitness, and World Scientific Annual Review of Biomechanics.
