Kimberly Carver, PT, DPT, NCS, CBIS (she/her/hers)

Clinical Specialist - Brain Injury

Kim Carver has been with Carolinas Rehabilitation since 2020 and has 8 years of experience working with patients with acquired brain injury. She graduated in 2014 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis where she was a graduate assistant in an ergonomics lab. She started her career in acute care, working on a neuro floor and in the ICU, before transitioning to inpatient rehabilitation. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy, a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.
