Victoria (Tori) Harding is the Vice President of Development with NeuroRestorative providing specialized program and service line development and oversees clinical outcomes, contracting, market development, payor relations and admissions functions. Dr. Harding’s primary research and clinical interest areas include outcome measurements in post-acute settings, the self-efficacy mechanism in post-acute brain injury, co-occurring disorders that present commonly with brain injury and family training for long-term success and advocacy. As a Cognitive Neuroscientist and Speech-Language Pathologist, she works as a clinician and an educator.
Tori has over three decades of experience as a clinician and operations leader in brain injury rehabilitation and has worked in this capacity for several national companies providing community-integrated and independent living programs in various rehabilitation settings. As a Certified Brain Injury Trainer, she teaches through the Academy of Brain Injury Specialists and serves as a medical rehabilitation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Dr. Harding earned a PhD at James Madison University in cognitive neurosciences, received her Master’s of Business Administration at Plymouth State University and completed her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada.
