Elizabeth (Lizzy) Lydon is a sixth-year PhD student in Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Illinois. She is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Lizzy's research is aimed at examining executive functioning and language processing in older adults who may be experiencing cognitive challenges due to brain injury or disease and exploring how these functions support everyday communication activities.
