Dr. Falgas-Bague is currently an Instructor at Harvard Medical School, a Research Scientist at the Disparities Research Unit and a Senior Scientific Collaborator at Swiss Tropical and Public Health Insitute. She focuses on conducting clinical research within the Community Health Worker (CHW) Model. Her expertise is in Cultural and Social Psychiatry and as a researcher, Dr. Falgas-Bague focuses on intervention development and cultural adaptations of psychosocial interventions delivered by community health workers to reduce mental health and substance use symptoms within immigrant populations and people with high social needs.
