Vicki Eicher, MSW was the Director of Quality Management & Training for ReMed. She was responsible for developing ReMed’s training, quality assessment and outcome systems, along with ensuring ReMed’s ongoing compliance with accreditation and licensure requirements. She was instrumental in the development of the PARF Outcomes Benchmarking Project which began in 2004. She was a CARF surveyor for 21 years. Ms. Eicher worked for ReMed for 35 years before retiring and worked in the field of brain injury rehabilitation for 38 years as a social worker, staff trainer, quality and outcomes specialist.
