Dr Salmah Anim holds a clinical appointment as the Rehabilitation Unit Head at Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Center, an International Islamic University Teaching & Research Hospital. Her special interest is in Muskuloskeletal Rehab and Neurorehabilitation. She enjoys teaching undergraduates and postgraduates in both areas. Her research work centres on neuromodulation in stroke with rTMS and collaboration with engineers on robotics development for upper limb motor recovery. Through ACRM, Salmah Anim has been privileged to work with a robust and diverse group of rehab professionals from the Complementary and Integrative Rehabilitation Medicine (CIRM) Group. As an avid gardener, she champions the establishement of the Ar-Raudhah Therapeutic and Sensory (ARTS) Garden in Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Center. She is ecstatic to be part of the Nature Based Rehabilitation Task Force.
