Alyssa Bensky received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in March of 2019. She has worked for Atrium Health since graduation, starting first in the PRN/Float Pool rotating between 3 different Carolinas Rehabilitation facilities around Charlotte, NC. She then transitioned to a full-time position in the Oncology Department of Carolinas Rehabilitation-Charlotte in November 2019.

Alyssa is currently working on becoming a Level III physical therapist within Carolinas Rehabilitation-Charlotte. She is a member of the APTA’s Oncology Chapter and the North Carolina Chapter. She enjoys helping her patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life in the hopes that they will be able undergo further cancer treatments and discharge back to their homes and families.
