Danielle Toccalino is a PhD candidate in Health Services Research at the Institute of Health, Policy, Management and Evaluation, a member of the Acquired Brain Injury Research Lab, and a member of the Collaborative Specialization in Women’s Health. She holds a master’s degree in neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts & Science in cognitive science from McGill University. Danielle’s doctoral research explores the intersections of intimate partner violence, traumatic brain injury, and mental health or substance use specifically as it relates to access to and use of healthcare and community services.
