Medical specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, specialist in University teaching, Master's in Bioethics, Physiology and Philosophy, PhD in Bioethics, is a professor at the Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de La Sabana, Colombian School of Engineering Julio Garavito, Universidad El Bosque. He belongs to the cardiology research group

Currently with research in Social Robotics and Cardiac Rehabilitation in conjunction with the Colombian School of Engineering Julio Garavito and the University of Plymouth (United Kingdom).

She works as Leader of the Rehabilitation Service and is President of the Ethics Committee of the Fundación Cardioinfantil.
