Kritzia completed her masters in public health from the University of Puerto Rico and subsequently finished her doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Utah. Her research interests are broadly related to health disparities, multicultural psychology, and access to mental health therapy. She is currently a staff psychologist at the Durham VA Health System.
