Senior Human Factors Researcher within the Oracle Health and AI: Oracle Design team. Responsible for leading user research studies for our clinical EHR products and ensuring regulatory compliance. Gather user insights and data to inform workflow analyses, product requirements, risk analyses, and conceptual designs. Validate mitigation strategies and ensure traceability. Experienced in an array of user research methods and user experience metrics.

Background in biomedical engineering focused upon biomechanics and rehabilitation engineering, with a focus on bone and muscle health. Knowledgeable and skilled at designing and incorporating devices and interventions in the clinical setting and investigating novel approaches or providing evidence for clinical practices. Experienced working on interdisciplinary teams, bridging the gap between educational, research and clinical environments and mentoring individuals in a variety of topics.

Long term member of American Congress of Rehabilitation: serving in an array of leadership positions, including current positions of Board of Governors Program Committee liaison, Program Committee Chair, and LaunchPad Chair.
