Jerri Edwards is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine and founder of the Cognitive Aging Lab at the University of South Florida. Dr. Edwards has conducted over 30 years of research in the development, testing, and translation of cognitive interventions for older adults. She has more than 18 years of experience designing and executing NIH-funded randomized clinical trials (RCT) in cognitive aging including a longitudinal, multisite, RCT of cognitive intervention in 7,600 healthy older adults. Her work has been published in more than 90 peer-reviewed journal articles. Dr. Edwards has been recognized as a top 5 published author in the field of cognitive training.
