Cathy Kelly is an Occupational Therapist with over 34 years of experience, involving patient care, management and innovation at a large healthcare organization in Wilmington and Newark, Delaware. Cathy's clinical experience includes patient care in two acute care hospitals working closely with populations such as Trauma, Stroke, Heart-Failure, Pulmonary Conditions, Geriatric Conditions and Orthopedics. Cathy has worked in the orgnaization's inpatient rehabilitiation facility and outpatient OT clinics. Cathy's experience also includes management of a large Occupational Therapy team, programming for Outpatient Stroke and Brain Injury, and most recently in the role of Inpatient Director overseeing operations for OT, PT and ST in these same 2 hospitals.
