Dr. Pugh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Alabama in 2006. He later attended the University of Alabama School of Medicine and graduated in June 2010. He completed his internal medicine internship at the University of Alabama School of Medicine-Montgomery program and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Carolinas Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident in his final year of training. Dr. Pugh is currently the Director of Oncology Rehabilitation for Carolinas Rehabilitation and is Vice Chief of the Rehabilitation Section at Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte, NC. He currently serves as the past-Chair for the Cancer Rehabilitation Networking Group for the ACRM and is currently on the ACRM Board of Governors. Dr. Pugh provides inpatient and outpatient services to patients with all cancer diagnoses including hematologic and solid tumors. His interests include improving comprehensive cancer care delivery throughout the region and watching University of Alabama athletics
