Catherine Amato-Bowden is currently an NPD Practitioner in the CSH Center for Professional Development, Innovation and Research. Catherine has held many roles in caring for infants in the NICU for more than forty years. She developed a High-Risk Developmental for infants discharged from NICU in two major healthcare institutions. She collaborated with the Pediatric Medical Team at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Childrens Hospital to include all infants diagnosed with NAS/NOWS in the High-Risk Clinic. She was a committee member for the Mid Jersey EIP Consortium. Catherine has lectured in the Tristate area concerning developmental interventions in the hospital and after discharge. She is an Advanced Practice Nurse board certified in Neonatology and Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
