Dr. Danita Stapleton, Ed.D, LPC-S, CRC, NCC is an associate professor and the Program Chair
for the Department of Rehabilitation Studies at Alabama State University. She is also the Program Coordinator for the
online graduate program in rehabilitation counseling. She holds a doctorate in
Education Leadership, Policy and Law from Alabama State University and a Master’s degree in
Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida State University.
