Dr. Hannah M. Lindsey is a research associate in the Traumatic Brain Injury and Concussion Center (TBICC) laboratory within the department of neurology at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, and she is a member of the Enhancing Neuro Imaging Genetics through Meta Analysis (ENIGMA) moderate/severe TBI, pediatric TBI, Military TBI, and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Working Groups. Her research primarily involves the use of advanced structural and functional neuroimaging techniques and neuropsychological assessment to measure the neuroplastic potential of the brain during recovery from traumatic brain injury. She is also interested in the roles that brain and cognitive reserve, as well as plasticity-based neurorehabilitation may play in the recovery process. Her research further extends into the realm of statistical and experimental methodology, where she is interested in promoting the use of sound methodological practices and statistical rigor in scientific research in support of emerging efforts to establish replicability and transparency in the literature.
