Lynn Robbins is the Nurse Navigator for UofL Health's RETAIN Services. Nurse Robbins engages in health services research to improve efforts for accessing resources to aid people to stay or return to work after injury, illness. As the Nurse Navigator for the RETAIN research grant issued by the Department of Labor, she leads the outreach initiatives throughout the UofL Health system. Lynn Robbins has nine years of experience as a Nurse in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has a passion and expertise for collaborating with people with disabilities, specializing in spinal cord injury. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Register Nurse who has experience as a floor nurse on a spinal cord injury unit, spinal cord injury clinic and research at University of Louisville. Nurse Robbins achieved her BSN which aided her to achieve community outreach efforts. Through these efforts she set up a successful Community Connections Support Group, uniting people living with disabling conditions.
