As an Assistant Professor at the Program in Occupational Therapy at Louisiana State University, Shreveport, I teach Occupational Therapy in Neurological Conditions, older adults, and clinical reasoning skills to Master and Doctoral level OT students. My research interests are related to Cognition and Occupational Therapy, Neurorehabilitation, complementary and integrative medicine, and culture and occupations. My clinical experience includes working as an OT with Adult and Pediatric populations in various settings in India and the United States. I received my Bachelors in OT and Masters in OT degree in India, where I specialized in Neurological Rehabilitation. I completed my Post Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate training from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
