Dr. Morgan Anderson is a Postdoctoral Concussion Research Fellow at Baylor Scott & White Research Institute. Dr. Anderson earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Kinesiology – Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas. Dr. Anderson earned her doctorate in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise physiology from Michigan State University in 2021. In addition to her academic training, Dr. Anderson has specialized and engaged in scholarly activity on SRC. Her research has focused on understanding factors that influence SRC non-disclosure, the effects of SRC on symptoms, cognition, and vestibular and ocular motor systems, and factors that influence baseline SRC test performance. Currently, Dr. Anderson is a Co-Investigator on an award funded by the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI, EACB-24236) to convene a diverse group of over 40 stakeholders, including children and young adults with lived SRC experience, to engage as partners in research to identify shared priorities for SRC research.
