Mina graduated from the University of Utah with her Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2003. Mina‘s first job with Intermountain Healthcare started in 2003 and in 2004, transferred to the now Neuro Specialty Rehab(NSR) unit at St. George Regional Hospital in St. George, Utah. Mina was trained in NDT-certified in 2004 and then in Neuro-IFRAH in 2016. She has taken multiple courses on PNF and has been a guest lecturer at the local PTA program on PNF. Since 2020, recent ANPT implementation efforts have shifted local practice patterns, and Mina has led efforts locally to utilize more evidence-based treatment approaches for neurologically impaired patients.
