Dana Wanyo, M.A., CCC-SLP, CBIS; Speech-Language Pathologist III. Dana obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Hofstra University. Dana is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and has developed special expertise in cognitive areas such as attention, memory, and executive functioning. She has worked with the brain injured population for a total of 17 years and spinal cord injury for 14 years. She currently works on Kennedy Krieger Institute’s inpatient rehabilitation unit where she evaluates and treats children and adolescents with acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
