Alexandra Harper is an occupational therapist with 10 years of experience working primarily in inpatient rehabilitation with individuals with spinal cord injury and other neurological trauma and disorders. Harper entered research to better understand strategies and opportunities to bridge the gap between clinicians and researchers to improve the quality of rehabilitation. Her research, grounded in implementation science, stakeholder engagement, and mixed methods, seeks to enhance the design and conduct of pragmatic clinical trials to facilitate the development and delivery of evidence-based practices in a variety of clinical settings.
