Professor Dr. Areerat Suputtitada is Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine, working full time for the Faculty of Medicine at Chulalongkorn University and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. She is the executive committee ( past chair) of the ACRM Pain Rehabilitation Networking Group, made significant contributions during her term, and received two awards from ACRM. She received 23 national awards and 26 international awards and published more than 80 international and national articles and book chapters in the areas of her expertise, including neurological rehabilitation, interventional pain management, and aging. She has also been invited to give keynote speeches, give parallel and symposium talks, and chair over 150 international conferences. Professor Dr. Suputtitada has been elected and appointed to important positions in the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM), such as the Chair of the Women and Health Task Force, the Committee of the International Exchange Committee, the Committee of the Pain Special Interest Group, and the Committee of the ISPRM Assembly of Delegates. She is an associate editor of Frontiers in Rehabilitation Sciences. Moreover, she is a full professor in Thailand since she is only 36 years old.
