Dr. Yeshin Woo is the Research Fellow at the Korea Social Security Information Service (SSIS). She is participating as a co-researcher to improve the welfare information system. Furthermore, she is participating in the Information Strategy Planning (ISP) project about an AI-DTx based digital social service platform and is conducting research on the digitization of social services.

Before joining SSIS, she participated in the development of a digital evaluation tool for children with developmental disorders at the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS), quantitative research on cybersickness when using VR devices, and research on app usability using an eye tracker.

Her academic research interests are community health and welfare services, the direction of AI-IoT service delivery, and quantitative analysis of digital technology acceptance. She holds a Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy from Yonsei University, Korea.
