Ileana Herrin has been a part of TIRR Memorial Hermann Brain Injury and Stroke Program clinically and through research since 2017. She earned her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in December 2016 from Florida International University in Miami and her Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis in December 2022 from Arizona State University. Along with colleagues, she has presented findings from research on the Overt Behavior Scale and Overt Behavior Scale - In Session at the North American Brain Injury Conference in February 2020 and September 2022 and the International Brain Injury Association Conference in Dublin, Ireland in March 2023. Ileana’s research on the effects of yoga on individuals with chronic TBI has been published in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine (2021). Ileana is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist - Trainer.
