Jeff Porter, serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Clinical Educator, and Coordinator of Education at Halifax Health Brooks Rehabilitation Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation since 2019, has a deep commitment to advancing patient outcomes. This dedication was initially forged during his tenure as a PTA from 2016 to 2019.

Currently working towards his Bachelor of Science degree with a vision to join the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program in Saint Augustine, Porter's passion extends beyond traditional practice. He has a keen interest in harnessing data to make meaningful changes in patient care and assist clinicians in decision-making processes. His goal is to utilize data-driven strategies to foster informed, effective, and efficient therapeutic interventions.

In addition to his clinical and academic pursuits, Porter offers his expertise as a Program Surveyor for the Commission of Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). His work with CARF not only reflects his dedication to maintaining high-quality care but also his understanding of the power of data in ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.

In essence, Jeffery's endeavors are characterized by a synthesis of hands-on clinical practice, rigorous academic pursuit, and a forward-thinking approach to data usage in enhancing rehabilitation outcomes. His career is a testament to his dedication to quality care, informed decision-making, and continual improvement.
