Dr. Julie Mulcahy PT, DPT, CAPP OB
Julie received her Masters and Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Michigan. For the past 20+ years she has specialized in orthopedics, sports medicine and women's health. She obtained her Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy (CAPP OB) and treats prenatal and postpartum women. She was a published author for Choose PT, a division of the American Physical Therapy Association and has published research in the area of exercise and weight management and several published articles in health and fitness publications. She was formerly an adjunct faculty member in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Baker College. She has been invited to speak and has presented research posters at the American Physical Therapy Association and American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. Being a lifelong athlete, marathoner and triathlete, she has a special interest in women's health and evaluation and treatment of endurance athletes. She is Senior Clinical Program Manager at Omada Health where she manages a nationwide network of virtual PT's, and has been treating patients exclusively in telehealth since 2019.
