Ian joined the Hospital for Special Surgery Analytics team in May 2017. As a Sr. analyst, he uses advanced analytics skills to support data needs of the Hospital from EMR and third-party Enterprise sources to improve efficiency across multiple departments of the hospital. He is responsible for PROMS Data Modelling & Warehousing: Big believer of self-service reporting and championed self-service reporting via Datawarehouse across HSS. Prior to HSS, lan was a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting under Life Science & Healthcare practice, leading projects on Epic Clarity Upgrades & implementation across different health systems in US, where he was focused on solving healthcare problems using data analytics. Ian holds bachelor's in electrical engineering degree from PSG College of Technology. He is certified in Epic Clarity (Inpatient, ADT, Optime) & Caboodle.
