Sara E. McEwen, PhD (she/her/hers)

Sara McEwen is a rehabilitation scientist with a background as a clinical physiotherapist and clinical educator. She has expertise in implementation and evaluation of novel interventions and facilitating knowledge exchange between front-line health professionals and researchers. She has held research funds from various sources, including the Canadian Institutes for Health Research, the U.S. National Institutes of Health, and the Canadian Cancer Society. She obtained her B.Sc. in Physiotherapy and M.Sc. in Rehabilitation Science from McGill University, and PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Toronto. She loves to play outside and lives near Orillia, Ontario, Canada.
